When was the last time you truly challenged yourself or did something adventurous?
Come and join us to learn the techniques of climbing. You’ll never imagine how much a difference it would make to your life!
Sports climbing is a multi-dimensional sport from a fitness point of view. It offers a holistic balance between physical exercise and mental discipline. And it is much more than just upper-body strength. It relies on precisely trained intricate footwork, lower body strength, and lean muscle mass. Although not often thought of as a common form of cardio, ascending walls is a sure way to get your heart pumping. A one-hour climb session can burn well over 700 calories!
Our instructors have been trained according to Singapore Sport Climbing and Mountaineering Federation (SSCMF) standards, and withhold a high regard for the safety of all participants. After this one-day course, you will be awarded with a Sport Climbing Level One Certificate, in accordance with the SNCS endorsed by the SSCMF. This activity is only open only to those 13 years of age and above.
